  • Monthly insights briefing (PDF/video)

  • Email & WhatsApp access to MSc Qualified Managing Director

  • Teams Meetings with key staff, providing advice and support when needed

  • Additional ad-hoc consultancy days @£1000 per day, only if requested

Tier 2: Strategic Advisory (£5000/month)

For mid-sized organisations needing consistent technical direction without full time interim / consultancy support.

  • Everything in Tier 1, plus:

  • Monthly 60-min 1:1 advisory call with you

  • Review of key asset/programme documents

  • Priority advice within 24 hours

  • Annual asset strategy workshop (virtual or onsite)

  • Additional ad-hoc consultancy days @£1000 per day, only if requested

Tier 3: Strategic Partner Plus (£7500/month)

For providers needing board / committee level involvement and accountability.

  • Everything in Tiers1 & 2, plus:

  • Fortnightly calls or in-person availability

  • Attendance at up to 4 Board/Exec meetings per year

  • Quarterly strategic review and risk deep-dive

  • 1-1 coaching for internal teams as required

  • Or up to 7 days Executive Director Consultant intensive support per month

  • Additional ad-hoc consultancy days @£1000 per day, only if requested
